  • Can I write the developers for any given project?
Typically, if you go to any official chat for any of our projects, there will be a way to give any feedback you feel like you need to give. We welcome any and all feedback!
  • How do you ensure diversity and inclusion in your games and studio culture?
GrandFinale does not stand for any type of hate or discrimination. We firmly believe in building an inclusive community with fans who are in love with our games and love our studio. For this reason, we have staff teams actively moderating our chats and official forums to ensure there is no directed hate content towards any individual.
  • Is your studio an ethically ran organization?
GrandFinale is an ethically ran company. We avoid things we believe to be outwardly malicious, such as predatory and unreasonable spin systems, exploitation of our audience, or just generally not keeping to our word.
  • Do you provide post-launch support and updates?
Yes! We consistently try to update and maintain any of our games, and we ensure that any game we have listed under projects have developers actively working on it and adding content.
  • What is your approach to testing and quality assurance (QA)?
Typically, we do open testing with a large number of users in order to assure we bug fix in an efficient manner. Of course, even with this, bugs are still bound to happen, however we do our best to ensure that we keep up with bugs and maintain any of our projects.
  • What tools and technologies do you use?
We use a multitude of programs such as Roblox Studio, Blender, Photoshop, Visual Studio Code, GitHub, and many more tools. We believe in using the most up to date technology in order to produce the best quality games we can!
  • Do you follow specific methodologies like agile or scrum? What does your day-to-day productivity look like?
We love to answer any questions about our development process in order to help out any up-and-coming developers who want to go about game development in a professional manner! This question varies from project to project due to different teams working on different projects, however we do employ the "scrum" methodology in coordination with Credenzio Studios. Day to day it's different for each team, but we always ensure communication between all developers, management, and anyone in the development process is kept up to date with one another.
  • What are some of the notable games you've developed?
You can view the current projects in the projects tab on the website, however our developers have worked on a wide variety of projects in the past. A few of these include; - Slayers Unleashed 1 - Anime Defenders - Demon Slayer RPG 2 - generic roleplaying gaem - Reaper 2
  • Do you work remotely, or do you have a physical office?
This varies from project to project. On Slayers Unleashed 2, some of us work in person at the Credenzio Studios office, and on New Souls we all work remotely for example. Whatever is required of us in terms of development style is something we always do as a result of our dedication!
  • What is your team size and structure?
This question is intricate due to the nature of remote work. We have around 4 people in management for the studio, and around 25-30 people who we work with directly as a result of partnership or direct development. Our team structure for the studio management side consists of just owners or project management directly under GrandFinale.
  • How long have you been in the game development industry?
Our studio was just formed as an LLC very recently, however most of us have been around for a decade or so developing.
  • Do you work on original IP or licensed properties?
We do work on both. We have worked many times with both original IP's and licensed IP's and are always open to work on either or.
  • Do you accept internships or job applications?
Depending on the game, we may need developers. We often have backups on hand in case any given developer is removed or leaves a project. If we are in any backup positions or working positions available, and we don't have the developers for it on hand, we typically post on the talent hub on Roblox for both developers and interns.
  • Do you offer co-development or outsourcing services?
It depends on our relationship with the individual or company asking us to do this. We believe in mutual trust and reliance, and due to the nature of an outsourced development team, it takes a lot of trust and reasoning in order to execute this properly.
  • Do you offer support in marketing, distribution, and other aspects of publishing?
Yes! We have partnered with other studios before on marketing and publishing and are more than happy to explore this possibility.
  • Do you offer porting services?
We don't directly offer that to anyone, but we are open to this possibility. Make sure to contact us and ask about this!
  • Who owns the intellectual property (IP) for games you develop?
This varies game to game. For Slayers Unleashed and New Souls, we have original IP's owned by the partners or the owners of the studio. We don't often work on games where the IP isn't owned by one of the two aforementioned options.
  • Do you sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) or any sort of contracts?
Yes! We believe in mutual security in the work we do, and for that reason we ask that everyone who works with us directly signs NDA's and or contracts with us in order to work with us.
  • What is your policy on copyrights and trademarks for original content?
We put a lot of effort and care into our games. For this reason, nobody is permitted to use any of our original IP's. If someone is found to be in violation of IP infringement to GrandFinale, we will respectfully, privately, and professionally ask that you remove our IP protected material. If this fails to happen, we may submit a DMCA request.
  • How do you communicate with clients during a project?
We ensure communication directly by assigning every project we partner with or directly publish a Project Manager or some sort of official representative. We believe in good communication and show that in our communication to others!
  • Do you offer free consultations?
Yes! We believe potential clients should discuss their game ideas before committing to a contract with us, as well as fostering a professional but close relationship with our studio. To do this, just contact us and ask for this!
